| 1:37.3 | kids with the knowledge that you have. And that mom guilt is so real. Or if you dads are listening, that dad guilt, that's real too. So I am not here to make anybody feel guilty about what they have been doing. And with that said, I'm going to provide some tips that I have found beneficial for my three kids at home and also for clients that I've worked with. |
