I'm Joanna Penn.

And this is episode number 548 of the podcast.

And yes, last week I also said the same number.

I got a bit out of sync. But this really is 548. And it is Thursday 29th of April,

2021 as I record this, a little bit earlier than usual. Just a reminder as we come to the end of

April that one third of the year 2021 has now

passed us by. And I think it's a good time to reflect and say, okay, well, am I a third of the

way through my goals for the year? And I know it's a difficult time, but last year was also a

difficult time and let's face it, it's going to continue. but last year was also a difficult time.

And let's face it, it's going to continue.

So let's just stop and take a minute and go, okay, am I a third of the way through?

To be honest, I feel like I'm a bit behind, but I'm trying to take it easy too.

So you can take it easy on yourself, for sure.

I give you permission if you need it. But also, let's just have a think about that because
