Before we get into the news of it all what are we talking about the podcast today we got

Super Bowl we didn't talk about the Super Bowl last week just because we wanted

it to be a of Valentine's Day thing we've kind of created this yeah no football and love

Doctor thing so he wanted that's a to be the highlight of last episode but this week we can talk about the

Super Bowl and we'll get into that but before that sports is related I wanted to tell a little

anecdote that I kind of got the chance to tell everyone in the room right here from

my podcast but didn't get the chance to tell the podcast.

So I've been working out and my dear mother, my sweetest dear mother, thought I knew it was in her best interest

and to be in the nicest of her heart to book me a session with like a

sports massage therapist, right?

My mom's a really sweet woman and the other thing that I know about my mother is that she's a woman of like

reviews she's a big like reader of reviews right so my like my week is

packed and I'm like all right cool let's do it like thank you so much let's
