Here's my biggest gripe of the week.

All the issues in the world, everything that's going wrong.

Everybody wants to tune in for a good time.

Here's my number one gripe.

I get so fucking hungry sometimes these days.

It's ridiculous.

This is, in fact, one of those times. You know, all of the whole,

like, you gotta heal up and you gotta get your stomach going, you'll feel so much better and everything.

This is just like when I lost weight. Everybody said all the good stuff about it. You know, nobody ever said.

Nobody ever said to be fucking freezing.

Nobody ever fucking said anything about that.

Not a word.

Nobody said you're just going to be goddamn shivering like a chihuahua all the time.

If you do this.

Never once did it come up.

I had to find it out for myself. So the same thing with my stomach and healing, and that is, I used to be able to fast for so long. Guys, I did a 17-day

water fast. I know a lot of people claim a lot of bullshit over the internet. I swear to you. I swear to you. I've

talked about this before. I did 17 days. And the only way I got through it by the end of it,

actually, by the end of it was fine. It was like days three through six is where the hallucinations were.

The only way I got through the rough-ass fucking period of water-only fast, sitting at home

alone in the month of December celebrating the birth of our Lord, Ozzy Osbourne.
