And today we wanted to spend a little bit of time on bringing ourselves in, really talking about us as black biracial, black mixed race people in the work and as co-host of this and you know I was

interested in this conversation and at least doing a level of unveiling here because I feel like there's this pattern in movement

in culture all over the place of Rachel and Rachel Dahlisals. Okay the word racial and the word

Rachel are different but there's this collapse of this all is all

there is this pattern of racial Dahlis this of people being irresponsible about race and about how they're showing up in a very

complex conversation about it and there's a pattern of racial ambiguity and people benefiting from that racial ambiguity,

cultural ambiguity, cultural appropriation, all these different things that are happening.

And for me, I think so much of what's important is to be exactly who the

fuck you are like whoever that is and I feel like race is one of those places
