You just talk about how you look and wonderland. No, no, no. Let's get into the topic that matters the most in my opinion.

Okay. Is we talking to show a lot about faith and family and finances and I see all the time it's so sad.

I see really great people and Aaron, I'm sure you've never seen this at Shaw Homes and see I'm sure you've never seen this with your companies.

But I see really, really great people achieving success and then they hit the self-destruct button.

Oh, yes. Let me give an example. That's a fun move, right? Just this year. Just this year and I want to get our guests take on this.

This guy just this year an employee doing a great job on his way up. Oh, yeah.

And he runs into a privacy fence while intoxicated on a motorcycle.

Oh, how'd that work out for him? All I know, he didn't show up to work the next day. You have to have that awkward talk.

Yeah. Wow. Another employee doing great. They get caught up doing some stuff. They shouldn't be doing next thing.
