uh let me first talk to you about the happiness one.

A lot of people talk about happiness, and I think that's wonderful, actually, but I know that I have a slightly different take.

I was speaking about it for 20 years, and on my radio show, I devote an hour each week to happiness, no matter what happens.

After 9-11, the breakdown of the economy to the extent that it is broken down, whatever it is.

And I'll tell you why. I believe that happiness is a moral obligation. I used to think of it as a selfish

pursuit. I have come to understand it and I feel more strongly about this every day of my life.

Happiness is a moral obligation. I owe it to all those in my life to at least act happy and hopefully be as happy as possible.

In fact, and this is where, of course, I could give you a talk just on this theme alone and have and do,

but in a nutshell, I have made war on the unhappy.

They annoy me.

In fact, they annoy everybody.

But no one wants to say it because it sounds non-compassionate.

But I remember, you're the perfect group for this.

My father was the president of his synagogue when I was a kid.

And I remember his saying he would come back home frustrated from board meetings and so on.
