It's a great time, March Madness. We've got the NFL draft, we've got the playoffs just around

the corner, good time to subscribe to the athletic. With me, as always is my good friend Alex Spears.

Alex, tell me what happened in the NBA this week.

Well Andrew, it all started last Friday night in Miami where the New Orleans pelicans held the heat to only 88 points in their

111 to 88 win led by CJ McCalm's 30.

This was of course the first rematch since these two teams met earlier in the month, a game in which

four players were

ejected. The Heat are now only 18 and 17 at home and are a full game behind the

Pacers for the final guaranteed playoff spot. The Heat will meet the Pacers on April 7th, a game that will decide the tiebreaker between these two teams.

For the pelicans, they bounce back from a loss to OKC midweek to beat the Bucks on Thursday night.

They remain in fifth a half game back of the Clippers.

On Saturday, the Kings got a much needed win for their playoff seating hopes, beating the

magic in Orlando 109 to 107.
