A couple weeks ago, I had an interesting call with

Gary Keller. And it was just, it wasn't a formal call. It wasn't a call about, it wasn't

on a podcast, it wasn't recorded. It was just two guys talking. We had a conversation that was

originally about the thing that was going on with Zillow with the new CEOs and all that,

but actually what it turned into was something completely different.

While Gary was talking and I was firmly in learning mode, I was listening and writing down virtually everything that he said.
