Well, some big 12 football teams have their seasons in the books.

Some are still continuing this week.

And one of those teams who has wrapped up the 2020 season, the Kansas State Wildcats,

go powercat.com, doing a great job covering the Kansas State Wildcats. Tim, talk about a

roller coaster year in Manhattan, 4 and 0 and Big 12 play to a 4 and 5 finish. How much does the

way the second half of the season went, I guess,

take the shine off of how the first half of the season went? You know, I think quite a bit.

You know, if you go back and look at this season, they found ways to win early. I mean,

they weren't blowing people out by any stretch of imagination. They were just finding a way to win early. I mean, there's, they weren't blowing people out by any stretch of imagination.

They were just finding a way to win these games. And that went away in midseason. And maybe it was

because simply they ran into better teams. Let's be blunt here. Outside of Oklahoma,

when they played TCU, that wasn't a very good team.

They caught Kansas in tech early.

Well, if it didn't matter when you caught Kansas.

But you know what I'm saying?

Then they ran into the string of West Virginia, Oklahoma State, and Iowa State.

And they caught Iowa State right when the cyclones were becoming what we now see as a really good football team.

And on top of that, the injuries and everything just piled up and the season kind of sat down on top of them and was just too much weight for them to bear.

Now, when you look at that second half, I mean, is it one of those things, Tim, where

you've kind of had some time to evaluate it and you say to yourself,

okay, a lot of this was just driven by, you know, some injuries, not having Skylar Thompson there a quarterback. It's tough to stop the bleeding without that veteran leadership. Or was it just
