Okay, Andy, we have a really twisty turnie, interesting case today. So I think I'm just

going to jump right in without further ado. Let's do it.

Wednesday, May 5, 2004 wasn't the day Chris Henkel was hoping for. At 5.45 a.m. that morning,

he had picked up his friends, the conners, D and son and daughter Sam and Claire to go

on a fishing trip. The weather report had predicted sunny skies, but the day was foreboding,

chilly and dark with an angry sea. Even though early May was the start of trophy fishing

season in Chesapeake Bay, the fish were not biting. Despite that and some occasional rainstorms,

the kids 12 year old Sam and his little sister Claire were having a blast.

So much so that when Sam spotted a medium sized green suit case bobbing in the water, he

convinced Chris to haul it aboard. It's pirates treasure yelled Sam as he unzipped the water

logged case, revealing thick plastic bags. Chris felt a sense of unease in the pit of

his stomach. But before he could say anything, Sam tore open the plastic bags to reveal
