This week on the podcast I have with me, Dr. Jen Chin. She is ACBC certified and is taught

on biblical counseling at seminaries, universities, and different conferences. She's been

featured on biblical counseling observation videos and recently published biblical counseling

and mental disorders, which is what we are talking about today. Jim was previously licensed

as a clinical psychologist in 2002 after earning a doctorate in clinical psychology and a

master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Christian institutions. She was formerly

trained in evidence-based practices

in psychotherapy. However, Midway, through her psychologist's career, Jen ended up receiving

biblical counseling, after which she returned to school for a master's in biblical counseling.

And she left the secular world of mental health to practice biblical counseling. Jen, so wonderful to know you.

story and really eager to see the fruit that the Lord has produced in you and particularly as
