We're getting real off the radar today. Today we're talking about

Chufa or Cyprus Escalentis. Sounds like a car. It does kind of sound like your Camry,

your focus, or your Escalantas. Which one do you want? Yeah. Like that. It's like an escalate, but fancier.

So while you've probably never heard of Chufa, you might have, but your ancestors probably were

pretty familiar with it. Right. You see it in cave paintings all the time, like little dark dots. That's got to be Chufa, right? Like every time.

So Chufa is a sedgege which is basically a type of grass don't
