Tiffany Haddish and Erie Spears are no longer fighting a child molestation lawsuit against

them because the Jane Doe who filed the suit has now dismissed it for good.

Jane Doe asked the judge to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled

again.

So we had told you while back that both these comedians had been accused of grooming and

molesting two children several years ago.

Now the woman who sued both of them and she was claiming to be one of the people who

was molested, issued a statement saying, my family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for

many years and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone

else do anything that could harm us.

We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us.

I mean, can she countersuit for defamation on that thing?
