Homeland Security Secretary Christine Nome this week announced the cancellation of more than

$2.5 million in grants to Harvard University. This says tensions between the school and the Trump

administrations continue to grow. The Department of Homeland Security said in a Wednesday press release that Nome unveiled

the discontinuation of two grants from the Department at Harvard's worth more than $2.5 million.

DHS also noted in a press release that the Secretary requested, quote,

detailed records on Harvard's foreign student visa holders, illegal

and violent activities in a letter. Harvard bending the need to the anti-semitism driven by its

spineless leadership fuels a cessable of extremist riots and threatens our national security,

Nome said in a statement that she released also on Wednesday.
