Let's start with the Kyle Rittenhouse Trial, which was the big news story yesterday.

Rittenhouse took the stand in his own trial yesterday, in an attempt to prove that he killed

people with his AR-15 rifle to save his own life, rather than intentionally murdering

them unprovoked.

Despite the fact that he drove across state lines with his illegally obtained AR-15 to

attend the protests in Kenosha, for the alleged purpose of protecting businesses and acting

as a medic, which he wasn't.

Rittenhouse claims that the reason he shot and killed two protesters was because he felt

like he was being attacked by a mob, and that they were threatening him.

He got what appeared to be visibly upset on the stand, and said that he didn't intend

to kill them.

Also in addition to Rittenhouse's testimony, yesterday in court was full of drama, with

a judge making two references to a potential mistrial based on the prosecution's line

of questioning.
