But we're going to begin with the deadly flooding.

Heavy rains targeting parts of the east this morning.

Ginger is here now with the latest including video of dramatic rescues from that flooded school in Maryland, Ging.

Yeah, so it happens really fast.

When you get nearly a half a foot of rain in about an hour, you're going to have flooding.

This is the north branch of the Potomac River right along the state line of West Virginia

and Maryland in Western Port there.

They'll be cleaning up today, as so many others are as well.

This morning, flood ravaged Western Maryland expecting the National Guard to help in the

cleanup after almost a half foot of rain fell in one hour.
