Welcome back, friends. Glad that you're here today for our podcast and always excited to jump

into the Word of God and discover what it has for us.

Don't always like. Don't always like what I read because sometimes it hits me right between the

eyes and sometimes it comes across negative. And that's why I think it's important that we see

the Bible in its proper context. And the context of

the Bible is this. God is rescuing you. That's the story of the Bible. It's God's rescue plan.

God created a perfect world. We blew it. We fell. And so God initiated a plan way back in Genesis

Chapter 3. And it culminates in Revelation chapter 21 and 22. And what is that plan? It's God's

redemptive plan whereby he's going to rescue the world through his one option, through his one exclusive

means, and that is his son, the Lord Jesus. And so God sent forth his son, made of a woman,
