All right, hey, before I make today, I do want to note that I said probably a couple weeks

ago that I kind of wanted to start mixing in a little bit more Chicago-esque topics.

And that's kind of like one of the first ones that's coming at you today.

I was born and raised here obviously.

I care deeply about this city.

Obviously it's going through.

It's own challenges for sure.

So I want to bring on Paul Vales, who I'll get to shortly, and just kind of give his

outlook on the city and what not.

I interviewed him in 2019 when he was running for mayor.

So just kind of letting people know what they're in for because it might be a little bit more

Chicago-specific.

But the way I see it, a lot of you people have been kind of wondering what's been going

on in the city anyway since it's so polarizing and it's always in the big news and it's covered

nationwide.

So that's kind of what we're getting into today.

And if people like him, we'll keep doing these.

We'll mix these in every now and then.

But I just kind of want to give people a heads up before they happen to today.
