ending this road trip on a little bit of a sour note.

The manager's been discussed a lot and there are some Yankee fans who are

ready to say I'm desperate they are ready to pull that all lever that you can

pull in the middle of a baseball season which is hey things aren't working let's

blow it up and fire the manager and hope things change and I cited this about five

minutes ago ten minutes ago it's happened a lot throughout baseball.

There are a lot of examples where you get desperate,

may not be fair, may not be the nice thing to do,

but you fire a manager and all of a sudden things change.

So we put together a tiny bit of a poll.

We took the four names that Yankee fans have had on their minds

over the course of time over the last half a decade. Four guys who I think would run to the managerial office

and say, thank you, sir, I will take the job.

We gave you Carlos Beltra, who's desperate to be an MLB manager again, currently working with the Mets,

but I'm sure the Mets would say, sure, you have a chance to manage the Yankees,

get out of here. You've got Buck Showalter, who is still probably very bitter

about the way things ended last year with the Mets.

And as Lugi said so elegantly,

Buck Show Altar would have a chance to finish his story

as the Yankee manager.
