Listen, I know the world is a hard place. And while the Internet, in some ways, is just a reflection of the world, I see way too many of us being mean as hell online. I'm not talking about trolls and white supremacists. I'm talking about us. Even in my own comment sections I see way too much hatefulness, and what I would call "casual bigotry" coming from otherwise good people. I have one simple strategy that I try to live out each and every day that I think could help some of us a whole lot right now. Let me unpack and explain it. 0:50.3	And I want to talk about one primary practice that I am trying to make sure is real in my

1:08.2	I know we talk about injustice and how we can fight for justice and all of those things,
1:12.7	but today is one of those days where I want to help us be better.
