If I could give you three wishes, what would they be? Everlasting life, perhaps, never-ending happiness,

or maybe just enough money to forget the cost of living. I ask you this because, for the next few

episodes, well, we're doing things a little differently here on the daily. To start 2023, we've gathered a few names you might recognise from across sport, politics and entertainment

who each have different dreams for their future.

I want to find out how they'd use their three wishes to change the world, their country and their own lives.

And most crucially, why? I'm Neil Patterson,

and this is the Sky News Daily.

We've had some really hard times, obviously, over the pandemic. The government really wasn't

that interested in doing anything for the industry,

assumes that this industry will just run itself and it has taken care of itself

for most of its time on earth and not asked for much from the government.

But when we needed it, it wasn't there.

Now, I may not do it as often as I used to, but there is something glorious about clubbing. I feel very lucky to have danced my socks off until the wee hours at a time of stellar dance music,

including the work of our final guest in our Three Wishes series.

In 1994, Rochein Murphy walked up to one

Mark Bryden at a party, asked him if he liked her sweater, and thus the electronic music duo Maloko

was born. The band went on to become one of the most influential pairings in dance music,

and though they split back in 2004, Roshin has continued to release music, changing the shape of dance and electronic music along the way.

In 2020, she released her most critically acclaimed album to date, Rochene Machine.
