following up in our first martini here on something president trump mentioned on tuesday night in the

state of the union jim and i didn't really mention the details of this but he did call out what he called

the somali pirates uh the fraudsters who have uh and the number the estimate of the amount of fraud keeps growing here,

it certainly got up to $9 billion, now some say $19, but whatever the number is, it's really huge,

and it really escalated quickly over the past several years.

And what the president said on Tuesday night is that, well, I'm going to put Vice President J.D.

Vance in charge of just investigating

how much fraud we're seeing, not only in Minnesota, but in other states around the country.

There's so many government programs, just how much money are taxpayers getting fleeced of here.

And so J.D. Vance holding a press conference yesterday, and he's asked the question whether, you know, talking about Medicaid reimbursement

from Minnesota in particular is going to be the template for this type of investigation nationwide.

And he says, no, it's going to look different in different states because not all fraud is the

same. But he did a great job of distilling the quick, smart, and effective argument against the Democratic Party's
