In the moment when I try to take control over things that I cannot control, I immediately

disconnect from miracles. I disconnect from trusting that there is a bigger plan that I cannot see.

I want to dive into these three things that when I look back at my own journey, when I look at the

women, I get to mentor in growing their businesses or stepping into their next expansion,

the three biggest blocks to that expansion.

And in the last episode, when I was talking a little bit about the internal expansion

work that I have done and have been doing, there's a couple of places where it just points

like right directly to my biggest room for expansion. And some of these cross over into these

places where when I have gotten really still,

when I've sat with myself and noticed like where I get really triggered,

where things really anger me or just trigger intense emotion,

it's usually tied to one of these core themes that I think for a lot of us can stand in the way of our next expansion.

And I have three. There's really two main areas. And the third one is like a subset of number two.
