James is on vacation this week, but I'll be here instead with the day's top headlines. Number one, the FBI has fired Agent Peter Struck. Struck helped lead the Bureau's

investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election until officials

discovered that he had been sending anti-Trump texts.

Aeton Goldman, Strucks attorney, said FBI deputy director David Baudich ordered the firing Friday.
