1:29.5 | And I also say coaches, front office, executives, staff, et cetera. |
1:34.4 | And it's important that players and owners are studying that. |
1:37.9 | You know, when I was in Green Bay, we had a mental health clinician that was kind of on call for the Packers and she was around. |
1:46.1 | But in retrospect, I wish that I sort of had her mandated to meet with every player every year. |
1:53.5 | And the players would have no choice because at that time, and maybe even now, there's some stigma attached. |
1:59.2 | So that didn't happen as often as we would have liked. |
2:02.5 | But mental health, obviously, priority and destigmatization is underway, which is great. |
2:07.6 | Everyone, including myself, who I see a therapist as well, needs to have that. |

2:16.2 | There's no stigma to it. Everyone needs someone to talk to kind of an independent voice about what's going on. |
