First round of the NFL draft is complete.

As we record this midday on Friday, April 26, we prepare for the second and the third

round tonight, rounds four through seven plus undrafteds tomorrow. Before we get into reaction,

let me just tell you how this works. This is a, I mean, people say marathon, not a sprint. I don't

even know if you'd say that. This is a 100 mile ultra marathon, not a marathon.

Because think about these drafts.

Now, back in my day, I sound like an old guy.

We started on Saturday morning and went all day Saturday, and I think we went one through three

on Saturday and four through seven on Sunday.

Now it's even more spread out Thursday night to get the prime time audience.

We'll have whatever, 12 million people watched the reading of names last night by Roger Goodell.
