So assuming that it wasn't a carjacking or a stolen car,

it's safe to assume that this would be a naturalized U.S. citizen

that committed this crime. We'll wait for those details to come in.

But even if that turns out to not be the case,

we have another shooting in Virginia.

This one's even more egregious on some level.
