the law has proved extremely resilient.

You've seen attack after attack, whether through the courts, whether through legislation.

There was of course the major challenge to its constitutionality back in 2012.

The question is whether Congress has the constitutional power to enact the individual mandate.

It survived that for the most part.

In 2015, there was another major Supreme Court case.

Case number 14, 114, King versus Burwell.

There was a challenge to requirement for employers to cover contraception.
