Thomas and Friends Story Time

Thomas and the Big Bad Storm, a fairy tale story, starring Thomas, James, Emily and Gusty, The Big Bad Storm.

Marahan and Friends. Today's story is about Thomas the Tank Engine, a cheeky little blue

steam engine, with six small wheels, a short, stumpy funnel, a short stumpy boiler, and a short

stumpy dome.

He is the number one engine on Sir Topham Hats Railway and has a whistle that sounds like this.

So now you've met the hero of our story. Let's begin our journey.

All aboard for our big adventure. Thomas and the Big Bad Storm.

One bright sunny day, Sir Topham had decided to reward Thomas, James and Emily for being extra useful

by allowing them to design their own special sheds.

I'm going to build mine from glass, said James boldly.

So everyone can see me with a metal roof painted bright red and it will be the most splendid,

glassiest, reddest engine shed ever seen.

And I shall build mine from stone, with columns and arches and a bell tower.

And it will be the finest, stoniest shed ever seen.

Said Emily, grandly. And I shall build mine from...

...said Thomas hesitantly.

Something really useful.

James and Emily pulled away with great enthusiasm,

while Thomas was left wondering what he might use to build his shed.

He decided to go to the docks to see if he might find anything useful there.
