Last week the president of Mexico called and wanted me to come down and advise him

and while we were down there he suggested I should run for president.

So I've decided that I'm throwing my hat into the ring and running for president.

So, you know, like to get your thoughts on who should be my running mate.

My deadline is today to turn in a new book that will be coming out next spring

called The Hidden History of the War on Voting in the United States.

And I really wanted to take a week and just finish this damn book.

I didn't work it on it for a while.

And also my brother and his wife and their two kids had rented a house town in Mexico for a vacation.

The island of women is the name in Spanish off the coast of Cancun.

And so we were there for the week.

Louise and I and two of our kids and their partners and my

brother and his wife and we had a really nice time. I recommend it and one of the

things that I found most interesting was looking around the island as we were

walking around the tourist shops and things and And also back in Cancun.
