The big question on the Kavanaugh nomination is going to be, and frankly I think probably a few Republicans

who are doing this calculus right now. They've got an

open seat and if they can hold the Senate, well even if they lose the Senate November,

the new Senate doesn't get sworn in until January and Mitch McConnell can call the Senate

back into session anytime he wants. So there's probably a few Republicans who are

saying if this guy gets on the court, he's damaged goods.

Amy Koney Barrett will be just as destructive

as Brett Kavanaugh to the individual rights of citizens,

to the Civil Rights Act, to the Voting Rights Act,

it's destructive to America on behalf of the

billionaires who own big refineries and want to pollute, who own coal and oil

operations and want to pollute and poison people, the big employers who want to

have unsafe workplaces because it's cheaper, to

suppress the minimum wage, to blow up Social Security, to blow up Medicare, to do away

with any kind of national health care program.

Amy Barrett will be just as competent at that and she will be unimpeachable.

She's a woman to overthrow Roe v. Wade and criminalize abortion in the United States

and start imprisoning women who have miscarriages like they do in El Salvador.
