There is a lot going on.

We're going to be talking about the new rules for dictators.

In fact, James Rison is going to drop by.

Journalists with the Intercept formally wrote for the New York Times,

the LA Times.

President Obama spent two years trying to put Rison in jail and now he's speaking out against Trump saying the situation is becoming even worse. We'll get to that.

There's a fascinating conversation over at Ross Story, an article. It's by a professor of political

studies in history at Queens University in Ontario. Bruce Berman, his co-authors

Daniel Levine, Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan.

And the headline, and this is very thought-provoking internet raises a whole bunch of questions.

And the title, the GOP has become the greatest threat to American democracy since the Civil War.

They're not engaging in hyperbole.

I mean, they're not making this stuff up and they're not saying it to, you know, play

chicken little or anything like that this is a serious

political and social analysis by serious political scientists a couple of

professors one Canadian one in the United States and they point out that the transformation of the Republican Party,
