Yesterday I was reading from Henry Wallace's April 7,

1944 op-ed, maybe it was April 9th, 1944 op-ed, it was April 9th, 1944 op-ed in the New York Times, in which he was talking

about American fascism, you know, what is American fascism, who are the American fascist

and all that sort of thing.

And the bottom line in my mind is that the billionaire

fascists in America now and I use that word advisedly that is to say you know fascists in the old-fashioned sense of the

word the merger of state and corporate interests combined with belligerent nationalism

I don't know how you can call what we have right now anything other than that.

That the billionaire fascist are coming for your Social Security, your Medicare, and your Medicaid. In fact,

right after Trump was elected, this is in 2016, in December of 2016.

He was elected in November, obviously, when the election happened, he was sworn in January,

so in between those two in December of 2016.

New Gingrich gave a speech at the Heritage Foundation.

And he said that with the Republicans taking control

of the White House, the House, and the Senate,

which they did in the election of 2016,
