actually it's just a resolution that says,

you know, we kind of like to do this it would be kind of cool convert the nation

to renewable energy sources rather than fossil fuels build an energy efficient

smart grid upgrade buildings to become more energy efficient, repair and upgrade the nation's

infrastructure, invest in drawing down greenhouse gases, a variety of ways to do that,

most have to do with agriculture actually, and make the US a major exporter

the world's number one exporter of green technology. I think this is just an

extraordinary opportunity for America and you know it's it's an extension it's just a new iteration frankly

of what Dwight Eisenhower did of what Franklin Roosevelt did and what

Linen Johnson did and in each case it built this country, it made America. I mean it

jumped, it catapulted us those things ahead of every other country in the world.

Basically what I'm seeing right now is the Democratic Party returning to its roots,

returning to the core of the Democratic, the modern day Democratic Party, the last

century of the Democratic Party, which was established by FDR and was expanded and

built by LBBJ, setting aside the Vietnam War and now it's time to go the next step
