And for only the third time in U.S. history, it will be held in the Capitol Rotunda because of freezing weather. On his social media site, Donald Trump said he announced
0:22.2	that this move and noted it has not happened since Ronald Reagan's second swearing in. And while
0:27.3	President Joe Biden warns of an American oligarchy on the horizon, Trump will be flanked by the
0:33.3	world's richest men at his inauguration ceremony. The group includes Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg,
0:39.1	and now TikTok CEO. This is what's odd. Earlier today, the Supreme Court upheld the ban on the Chinese
0:46.4	base app that is set to begin on Sunday. President Biden has already announced he will not enforce it,
0:52.8	leaving the fate of the TikTok app to his successor.
0:55.9	And Trump has already signaled he does not want it to be banned. With that, let's bring in our nightcap.
