I think we can all admit that at times our cell phones can be pretty disruptive. I know I’ve spent too many late nights doom scrolling. And research shows phones can be even more harmful for young people.

Seattle is preparing for the 2026 FIFA World Cup by asking artists to design a host city poster,

which is a tradition, apparently, for every World Cup. If you've got an idea you have until

20th to submit a design, four finalists will each get $2,500 for their efforts. And the much-needed
