And we kind of forget, there's a lot of people like, they have never done a deal before. And they, we just take it for granted, I guess, right? And not to sound arrogant or something, but, you know, $2,500, $7,500 profit on on a deal is like, but I remember Gavin just getting started,

And Gavin, I wanted to get you on and we've done a lot of deals together. Sometimes we do deals separately or we'll do deals with clients in dirt flippers or whatever.
