Assalam aaliki. Working in the charity sector is a great responsibility, be it formal or informal.

To be able to manage people's zakat is very rewarding, but at the same time a huge responsibility.

Sometimes our own zakat, when we encourage others,

we add on to it a reward that is beyond what we've actually spent

because we were connected to someone else's spending too.

When you encourage someone, you get a full reward of all the good they do.

When you have helped someone to fulfill a good need of theirs in the proper way in terms of charity, for example, you will have a full reward of the charity they do.

The one who points out goodness to someone is as good as the one who has done it in terms of reward.

So learn to help people offset their charity, be very responsible and see how your reward is multiplied.
