This is your life. This is it. You are sitting here having an

experience that you can control. Everything that you see in front of you that you don't like,

you can separate from. Everything that you're struggling with, you can grow through. Everything

is writable. Nothing is destroyed. And I know, I know that there's extremes. And that's where our mind goes. When you say, hey, what about the person that just got in a car accident? How can they write their amazing life? They lost their leg. Or how can they do this? How can they do this? We go to those extremes. The experience can still be written. Greatness can always be experienced in any situation. In any situation, there is

greatness, there is pleasure, there is joy, there's fulfillment, in any of them. And you are having

the experience, you are not the experience. So it's time to get a self-belief that's big. It's

time to get a self-understanding that's powerful. It's time to see yourself as something more

than just a physical body having a physical

experience that's limited.

You are the experiencer of those things, but you are not those things.

You get to decide, even if I'm wrong, even if it is, just a physical experience, who do
