You're no longer looking forward. You're not seeking signs of it, you know you have it, just like you know you have your phone, just like you know

you have that shirt or that book or that water or those legs, that breath. It's just happening. Often, outside of your

awareness of it, outside of your appreciation of it, outside of your influence. But then you turn

your attention to what you believe is lacking and you try to influence that. You try to appreciate it

into existence. It already exists. It's already here. You already have it. Act like it. You have me.
