The board was set, races chosen, and the galaxy ripe for conquest.

Music by Ben Prunty, featuring Matt Martins and Hunter Donaldson. I as the Winnu, my wife as Jolnar, and our sons, seven and eight, as the clan of Sarr and the Necrowirus,

the third foray for our boys into the Galactic Opera.

Jolnar was the dominant force in the game, the uneducated at the table taking tech every

round and playing into the hands of the brittle fish.

The Winnu started slow and were not in reach of their ancestral birthright.

The star immediately formed a deathball and the necro spread out ready for

fights. With no options left, and Jolnar too powerful, the Winnu united the board against the

matriarchy with her ever-expanding tech. Money poured into the Jolnar's coffers as system after

system was activated, but the Tsar pushed into the Jolnar homeworld for

the largest battle the galaxy has ever known. The planet was taken in round five, with a

level two tech objective ripe for Jolnars taking who, sitting at seven, could not score.

With the Sarr weakened and the Necro soft on Mechatorex, the time for the

Wino had come. They took what was theirs and prepared for the final push. But Jolnar was not

pleased. Unable to take back her homeworld, my loving wife poured poison into the ears of my children, and with two newly built war

sons, my youngest, seven years old, invaded the Wino homeworld.

Then as if divined by the T.I. Gods, the Invade a Homeworld public objective flipped.

Against two war sons and the SARS' primary deathball, there was no hope,

and we, lifelong gamers, lost to an eight-year-old. Welcome to This Imperium Life, 2, Electric Boogaloo.
