1:12.6	but professionals always have coaches. So I've always had coaches for whatever is important. My rich dad was one of those persons. I wanted to learn how to play Monopoly in real life. So he was my coach. And when I came back from Vietnam, my poor dad says, go to school and get your PhD. And I said, I hated school. Why would I do that?
1:15.6	And my rich dad very simply said to me, he says, then go take your real estate, not a real estate license, it's a difference.
1:25.6	He says, learn real estate. And then because. He says learn real estate.
