You're on the Michael Berry Show, Robert.

Michael, first thing I want to tell you,

and I told Ramone that I am a totally blind person.

There's a reason I want you to know that. But anyway, I want to talk

about two things, two stories that stood out for me. Of course, the first one is Audrey Cunningham. So watching the news, I forget it was 13 or 2, and we blind people say we watch TV.

It sounds kind of silly to say listen to it, doesn't it?

But anyway, they had stories on her and this one lady, this is what really got to me, she said, oh, Audrey was a nice little girl, she would walk to school and she loved dogs and all the dogs loved her and they would come out and she would pet them and that really tore me up.

I said here's these dogs that know that this little girl loves her and they returned

to love in spades and here's some nothing person who kills her. It's horrible. Now there's three layers to this.

First of all the guy supposed to take her to the bus and he doesn't.

The second layer is after he does what he does to her we get to the cover-up thing so he kills her so maybe he doesn't get caught right away which is stupid

The third layer is the worst of all the total betrayal of that little girl's trust by

virtually her father and this scumbag. So that's what I wanted to say on that.

The second thing was the LBJ thing. You listen to that the war on poverty and if you just listen to that at face value that sounds like, oh, that's a nice thing, that's a wonderful thing, but it's not because it puts people in a box where that's where they want them in the first place.

Now, I'm a blind person that was born blind more or less.

I do not consider myself a victim. That's a waste of time. Don't put me in any victim box.

Don't want to go there.

Now that's not to say that all of us aren't victimized

to some extent, sometimes every day, little things, big things,

or whatever.
