Ryan T. Anderson is the president of the Ethics

and Public Policy Center,

which is an institute, a think tank devoted to the intersection between

Christian morality and issues of public policy.

Prior to his role at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, Dr. Anderson, who earned his

PhD from the University of Notre Dame, served as the William

E Simon Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation.

His research has been cited by the United States Supreme Court.

His scholarship has made significant

contributions on the issues of marriage, religious freedom, and

sexuality among others. His most recent book when Harry became Sally,

responding to the transgender moment, was the topic of a previous episode of

thinking in public. But today we'll be talking about a range of issues.

Ryan Anderson welcome to thinking in public. Thanks for having me. It's a pleasure to be

back with you.

Well, I'm really glad to have this conversation and I think there are some really interesting questions we can get into.

The first of them really occasioned by the fact that you are now the president of the ethics and public policy center in Washington DC.
