You've heard of affirmations, but have you used them successfully? Join me daily and I'll guide you through a very simple and brief activity where I'll give you 2 affirmations, a question to ask yourself and a quote to ponder.

Whether you are a dog mom who is building a small business so you can be a full time, stay at home,

I wanted to very quickly bring you up to speed on what this podcast is all about in case you've

purpose is. Have you ever noticed how often you hear people saying horrible things to themselves?

We often spend a lot of time bashing ourselves, telling ourselves we are not worthy of success.

We are not doing that anymore.

There is a great deal of evidence to support affirmations and how they

can change your life by changing your thought patterns. Each day, I'll share a few affirmations,

questions to ask yourself, and a quote to think about during the day. I will go through

the affirmations and give you just enough time to say it aloud as you write it down. It's important that you write them down.

Most of the time involved in making affirmations work will be done by you after the podcast.

Repeat the affirmations five times out loud.

Write it down five times and place each affirmation on like a sticky note or rewritable board all around your home, your car, your desk, your office, your cubicle,

surround yourself with these positive thoughts and then say them to yourself even in a whisper

during the day as you come across them. If you have been a victim of verbal abuse through the

years, I'm going to ask you to take this one step further and write each of the affirmations as

if somebody else was saying them to you. And again, put them where you'll see them.
