We travel to London, virtually, of course.

To talk about millennials, specifically the millennial consumer and how they're changing, well, kind of everything.

And we're going to do that with a fascinating guest.

His name is Heath Jansen.

Heath is really interesting because he comes from my old world covering mining companies

way back in the day.

And Heath was one of the top mining analysts in the world.

He worked in the city of London for years and years.

And then way back in 2006, when the mining world was really booming and record profits,

the China, the mining super cycle, everything was going wonderfully.

He wrote this report, 100-pagepage report that was almost heretical at that point.

And in it, he argued basically that big swathes of the industry were unsustainable, principally coal.

And that lest they changed their ways, they'd eventually go out of business, that these were uninvestable. And it was, let's say, an uncommon view back then, certainly unwelcome

in large quarters, if not all of the industry. But he put it out there and then, you know,

the world didn't change very much. And he stayed at the mining thing for, gosh, another dozen years or so,
