I am Kemper Donovan, and on this episode, I am filling up some cracks in the foundation

that Catherine Brobeck and I built for so many years reviewing text after text written

by Agatha Christie.

We are not perfect, and on occasion, we missed some important material out there.

Usually in the form of film and television adaptations of Christie texts that we simply

didn't know existed, though we also failed to discuss an actual text as well.

I will be addressing all of those cracks on this omnibus, this grab bag of an episode.

I'm sure there will be more cracks to cover in episodes to come.

We know there are many, many non-English language adaptations that we have not discussed on

Our purview when it comes to adaptations covered is limited to those in the English language,

not from lack of interest, but just by way of a pragmatic constraint since there is so

much material out there beyond what's available in the English language.
