Summary

The bad news is that Harris is up in the polls, Republicans are down a lot in Senate races, and Democrats have tended to outperform their polling. The good news, however, is that Harris clearly has not gotten a bounce out of the convention and is now trying to run away from the open-border and Green New Deal policies. What this all demonstrates is that if we can make the election about the issues, Harris will lose. I make the case why it’s better to have the budget fight over release of dangerous illegal aliens into our neighborhoods than about the SAVE Act, as being pushed by House Republicans. We also discuss the "political activism Chernobyl" and how there are no conservative players on the field fighting any issue in the states. We are only losing these ballot initiatives because we fail to fight back. We’re seeing signs of life now in Florida against the abortion amendment. Finally, I discuss the good and bad news from last night’s Oklahoma elections, the need to prepare for legislative sessions, and the imperative to change state laws to get rid of “nonpartisan” elections for local office.   Learn more about your ad choices. wherever you go in the country,

The clear lesson is generically we are being outworked. Generically, there's only one team on the playing field. But here's the good news. If we actually got on the

playing field, the Democrats cannot win. Now the problem is who is the we? The

self-governance? You know I look at anyone I speak to, I bump into in the street,

of what we're seeing data-wise throughout the country, I guess I'd say at

least since COVID, where there's just a dearth of activism on the right.
