Let's talk about therapy and psych meds and stigma and the code of silence. Let's talk about it all. I think that it's really important for people to hear about all different things about therapy, like on the flip side being a therapist how we

think how we treat if people have bad experiences they don't go back even though

they really could benefit from therapy.

I'm getting a lot of people contacting me like,

Tried therapy before, had a bad experience, now I'm back in. So I love hearing that. I love love hearing that because I think that people associate one bad experience with the whole process. So like, okay, therapy is not for me because I had one

bad experience or one bad therapist. We're not even a bad therapist, just somebody who really didn't,

they couldn't relate to or the personalities didn't jive so I think that it's really

important for people to continue to search for a good fit until they find one. The need is not gone just because you had a bad experience.
